1、 There are three common abnormal package states during international logistics transportation: package delay, package loss, and package damage.
In response to package delays, major logistics providers have not yet announced corresponding compensation standards, that is, they do not provide corresponding compensation for package delays.
For both lost and damaged packages, we will compensate according to the compensation standards of each route. You can contact our online customer service to apply for compensation.
1. Run time: August 1, 2024;
2. Compensation method: The user contacts customer service, and after verifying the situation, the customer service will directly refund the compensation amount to the user's account;
① Problem determination criteria:
Lost package: 1. The carrier confirms that the package is lost, including situations where the goods are lost in the warehouse or during delivery operations.
Damage: The carrier verifies the damage caused by logistics transportation (required documents: photos of the outer packaging at the time of receipt, photos of the damaged items, and proof of value (invoice or payment proof))
There is no compensation for the following situations: 1. The package has been confiscated by customs. 2. The customer did not pick up the package in a timely manner, and the package failed customs clearance or delivery due to incorrect recipient information (address, phone number, name)
② Purchase cost: 3% of the value of the goods, minimum 10 yuan, maximum 150 yuan

When not purchasing insurance:
Lost: 1. Refund of shipping fee 2. Compensation for goods based on actual value (payment basis or invoice), but not exceeding the quoted amount and compensation cap of 600 yuan
Damage: 1. Non refundable shipping fee 2. Compensation for goods based on actual value (payment basis or invoice), but not exceeding the quoted amount and compensation cap of 600 yuan
When purchasing insurance:
Lost: 1 Full refund of shipping fees 2. The goods shall be compensated based on their actual value (payment basis or invoice), but the maximum compensation shall not exceed the quoted amount and the maximum compensation shall be 5000 yuan (the actual price of the goods, the insured amount, or 5000 yuan, whichever is lower)
Damage: Non refundable shipping fee. 2. The product will be compensated based on its actual value (payment basis or invoice), but the maximum compensation will not exceed the quoted amount and the maximum compensation limit will be 5000 yuan (the lower of the actual price of the product, the insured amount, or 5000 yuan)
2、 Disclaimer
1. Force majeure factors: including but not limited to: direct or indirect losses or damages caused by war, natural disasters (including earthquakes, cyclones, storms, floods, etc.), nuclear radiation, nuclear explosions, nuclear pollution, and other radioactive pollution;
2. The user is unable to provide the necessary proof for compensation;
3. The package was signed for normally during the compensation application period if it exceeded the deadline for applying for compensation (within 7 days of package receipt or within 45 days of delivery without inquiry and no compensation claim);
4. Theft or unexplained disappearance after delivery;
5. If the delivered items contain goods that are not insurable, or if the delivered items violate the prohibitions or restrictions on mailing, they shall be confiscated by the competent authority or dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations;
6. Losses caused by the shipper's responsibility, intentional behavior or negligence, or mail loss or damage caused by the shipped items themselves;
7. Other situations that do not fall under compensation liability;
