Scope of Purchasing Inspection:
1. After the goods arrive at AWWWBUY, professional quality inspectors will inspect the appearance of the goods. Such as color, large areas of damage, stains, size, model, version number, etc. (for clothing products, please refer to your product notes or the final changes made later. Inspection is based on the size on the product label and hang tag, and color difference, size and other errors are not within the scope of inspection);
2. Electronic and digital products belong to special commodities, and quality inspectors only inspect the appearance of the goods, whether the accessories are complete, and cannot turn on the machine to check whether there are quality problems with the goods;
3. After receiving the product, if there are any issues caused by inspection, you can apply for after-sales service.
Rules for package transfer inspection:
1. If the package meets the signing requirements, the warehouse will weigh and store it according to the weight of the package after receiving it;
2. When signing for a package, if it is found that the outer packaging is severely damaged or does not meet the receiving requirements, it will be directly rejected or returned.
reminder:
1. Check the box for 'unpacking and counting', and we will conduct an inspection based on the product link and notes you provided. When submitting a shipping order, please provide accurate and detailed product purchase information (such as product color, quantity, size, etc.); If 'unboxing inspection' is not selected, the warehouse will not conduct unpacking inspection in principle;
2. Color difference, size error, and usage effect are not within the scope of inspection; Electronic and digital products belong to special commodities, and quality inspectors only inspect the appearance of the goods without conducting power on inspections;
3. For information that cannot be confirmed, such as the absence of obvious damage, stains, or other significant issues with the product, we will assume that you have communicated and reached an agreement with the merchant;
4. After receiving the goods, we found that your goods do not meet the transportation requirements. We will make special markings on the relevant orders to remind you to negotiate a return.
