Precautions for receiving goods

Package delivery:

Precautions for Goods Receipt

1. Before signing, check whether the outer packaging of the goods is intact, whether the box seal is intact, and whether there is a significant difference in weight

2. Regardless of whether obvious damage or torn marks are found on the outer packaging, the goods must be inspected in front of the courier before signing for them, and a note must be made on the waybill before signing for them. If there are any issues, the package may be rejected directly

3. If a package that has not been signed for in front of the delivery person is damaged or missing, please keep the outer packaging box (including the sealed rubber strip) and provide feedback to the local logistics provider within 2 days after signing for it (based on the delivery time on the logistics provider's website). Please also provide us with the invoice, physical photos, and other information to contact us to apply for compensation from the carrier for you.

4. The normal receipt of goods marks the end of the entire transportation process. Our company will not be held responsible for any situation that occurs with the goods after normal receipt

5. After the package is signed for, if there are any problems, please provide feedback to customer service within 72 hours of signing. No further processing will be accepted after the deadline

Disclaimer clause

1. Fragile and vulnerable items, regardless of whether they are packaged or not, will only participate in loss claims and not in damage claims

2. Dangerous goods and prohibited items are not eligible for claims (such as compressed gases, liquefied gases, flammable liquids, acidic and corrosive substances, etc.)

3. Losses or expenses caused by natural wear and tear, inherent defects, characteristics, and fluctuations in market value of goods shall not be included in claims

4. All or part of the losses caused by natural disasters such as severe weather, lightning, tsunami, earthquake, flood, etc. during transportation of goods

5. Due to force majeure factors such as weather, customs clearance time, etc., if the goods exceed the shelf life, warranty period, or delivery period, they will not be compensated

6. Due to customs reasons, you are required to cooperate and assist with relevant operations (including but not limited to paying customs duties), but your refusal to cooperate makes it impossible for the package to be delivered according to the promised delivery time of the forwarding service provider. Any losses, liabilities, and consequences resulting from this shall be borne by you, and the forwarding logistics provider shall not assume any responsibility.
